PROBLEM of having regular house + smart house

  1. The house is not personalized unless it's personally customized under request ( which cost a lot of money)

  2. The house follows trends in their generations

  3. The user can only express themselves by decorating the houses, but not actual base style(floor plan) of the house

  4. Once house is built it's hard to renovate and cost a lot depending on the constructions. Also, most of the houses are old that it's no longer worth investing in them

  5. Apartments are worth more than house due to maintains

  6. Because the house is built by one designer/owner, residents have similar/same lifestyle or routines in their house

  7. The house design is all same and trendy that it's not fully utilized by users all times

  8. Bigger the house the more smart device is required due to the limitation in AI voice active distance (smart hub)

  9. Once the server is down, smart device isn't available = when smart lock server is down, user is not able to enter the house nor leave the house (you are just stuck until server backs up)

  10. Smart house have multiple app, controllers, and hub

  11. Smart house is created by gathering multiple of individual smart devices

  12. Smart house can use ioT connectivity for the mesh networking, but 90% of their privacy is exposed + when server is down it's useless

FINAL PROBLEM STATEMENT

Accessibility between space to space in the house is not automated like other parts of the smart home.
