INDEX! What kind of explanation do I need to write in here!! However, I will still explain what and who is INDEX!

So... The index is a company who is trying to "Design to improve human life." Meaning, they do care how you eat, health, drive, and even your children in the futures.

It is not just a creativity engine, but figuring out what is the best idea to pull at this current time. For this lecture, I have met Mariano who is the head of the future thinking & technology of the Index. He showed the current design trends as well as how much and why it is essential to have a potential in the ideas that are centered human.

First, Why and how would you design for human to improve their life. Second, If so, what is the impact of the idea you came up with Third, What is the context of your design.

This three self-questions are essential to ask yourself to remind if we are giving correct and appropriate solutions to the assigned problems.

From this lecture, I notice that how many designers would reconsider their ideas when it is done or when is about to be finished. It is tough to ask yourself as a designer to give up on your original solution, but find another solution that has more potentials and historical background than what you came up with. Which trigger my thoughts of thinking, Becoming real UX and UI designer is not smooth at all. Whatever I came up or created as a student today maybe comfortable and attractive for short term. However, This will not last long enough to have long run customers.

Overall, today was amazing that I got to see the INDEX!

It was amazing, and I always wanted to present my ideas to them! of course, they are purposely created to improve human's life better than what it is now!
